Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Twentto, including the Twentto application and related services.
Twentto is a business-to-business service intended for professional use.
1. Agreement
These Terms apply between Twentto and the organization that has agreed to use the service (“Customer”).
A person who accesses Twentto on behalf of a Customer is an “Authorized User”.
By accepting an invitation or using Twentto on behalf of a Customer, an Authorized User agrees to comply with these Terms.
The Customer and Twentto may also enter into an order form, subscription agreement or other written commercial agreement (“Order”).
If there is a conflict:
- an Order takes precedence for its specific commercial terms;
- a Data Processing Agreement takes precedence for matters specifically concerning processing of Customer Personal Data; and
- these Terms apply otherwise.
2. The service
Twentto is a sales-prioritization and execution-support service.
It may analyze information from commercial systems authorized by the Customer and use that information to identify, prioritize and explain commercial actions.
Twentto is not:
- a replacement for the Customer's CRM;
- a guarantee that a recommended action is correct;
- a guarantee of sales performance, revenue, win rate or other business results;
- professional legal, financial or other regulated advice; or
- an autonomous decision-maker on behalf of the Customer unless a specific capability has been expressly agreed.
The Customer and its Authorized Users remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on recommendations.
3. AI-generated recommendations
Twentto uses artificial intelligence together with deterministic systems and structured commercial data.
AI-generated recommendations, explanations or suggested content may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular commercial situation.
Authorized Users are responsible for evaluating recommendations before acting on them, particularly before taking consequential or customer-facing action.
Twentto may provide ways for users to correct recommendations, including indicating that work:
- has already been handled;
- is mistimed;
- relates to the wrong person;
- is no longer relevant; or
- should otherwise be corrected.
Twentto does not guarantee that every correction will immediately alter future ranking or recommendation behavior.
4. Customer organizations and Authorized Users
Twentto uses an organization-based access model.
The Customer is responsible for:
- deciding who may use its Twentto organization;
- assigning appropriate roles and permissions;
- promptly removing access when it is no longer required;
- ensuring account and organization information is accurate; and
- ensuring Authorized Users comply with these Terms.
Authentication alone does not give a person access to a Customer organization.
Valid organization authorization is also required.
Customer administrators may manage organization access but do not receive or set another user's password through Twentto.
Users must not share account credentials.
5. Customer Data
“Customer Data” means information submitted to Twentto by or for the Customer or accessed through systems connected at the Customer's direction.
Customer Data remains the Customer's data.
The Customer authorizes Twentto to host, transmit, process, analyze and otherwise use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the service;
- synchronize authorized commercial systems;
- generate recommendations and related assistance;
- maintain security and reliability;
- provide support;
- comply with the agreement and applicable law; and
- carry out other processing expressly authorized by the Customer.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that it has the rights, permissions and lawful basis necessary to provide Customer Data to Twentto and instruct Twentto to process it.
The Customer should not intentionally use Twentto to process special-category personal data or other highly sensitive regulated information unless this has been specifically agreed.
6. Connected services
Twentto may connect to third-party systems such as CRMs, identity providers, email services, calendar services and other commercial software.
A Customer may only connect systems and data it is authorized to access.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, security practices and technical restrictions.
Twentto is not responsible for failures resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- third-party service outages;
- API changes;
- revoked or expired authorizations;
- third-party permission restrictions;
- inaccurate or incomplete source information; or
- Customer configuration of a connected system.
The availability of a particular integration or capability may change over time.
7. Customer responsibilities
The Customer remains responsible for:
- the legality and accuracy of Customer Data;
- instructions given to Twentto;
- determining who may access the service;
- configuring relevant source systems;
- maintaining permissions required by connected providers;
- its own employment and sales practices;
- customer-facing communications; and
- evaluating Twentto recommendations before acting on them.
Twentto does not replace the Customer's responsibility for its CRM, commercial records or business decisions.
8. Acceptable use
Customers and Authorized Users must not:
- use Twentto unlawfully;
- attempt to access another customer's organization or information;
- bypass authentication, authorization or security controls;
- probe or test vulnerabilities without express authorization;
- introduce malicious code;
- interfere with the operation of the service;
- intentionally overload or disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- use Twentto to make unlawful discriminatory decisions;
- resell or sublicense access unless expressly agreed; or
- use another person's account.
Twentto may investigate suspected abuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers or third parties.
9. Data protection
Each party is responsible for complying with applicable data-protection law in relation to its own responsibilities.
Where Twentto processes personal data on behalf of a Customer, the Customer will generally determine the purposes of the processing and Twentto will process the information on its behalf.
Where required, this processing will be governed by a Data Processing Agreement.
Technical authorization of a connected service, including OAuth authorization, does not itself determine the Customer's lawful basis for processing personal data.
10. Security
Twentto will maintain technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service and associated processing risks.
The Customer must notify Twentto without undue delay if it becomes aware of:
- compromised credentials;
- unauthorized account access;
- suspected misuse of the service; or
- another security issue that may affect Twentto.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Intellectual property
Twentto and its licensors retain all rights in the Twentto service and underlying technology, including:
- software;
- interfaces;
- product design;
- algorithms;
- recommendation logic;
- models and system components;
- documentation;
- trademarks;
- branding; and
- other Twentto intellectual property.
These Terms provide the Customer only with the right to use the service in accordance with the agreement.
The Customer retains its rights in Customer Data.
12. Feedback
Customers and Authorized Users may provide suggestions, corrections and other feedback about Twentto.
Twentto may use that feedback to operate, evaluate and improve the service without payment.
This does not give Twentto the right to disclose Customer Confidential Information or use Customer Personal Data outside the applicable agreement and Data Processing Agreement.
13. Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” means non-public information disclosed by one party to the other that is marked confidential or should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
Each party will:
- use the other party's Confidential Information only for purposes of the agreement;
- protect it with reasonable care; and
- disclose it only to people who need access and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Confidential Information does not include information that can be shown to:
- be publicly available without breach of the agreement;
- have already been lawfully known;
- have been lawfully received from another source without confidentiality restrictions; or
- have been independently developed without use of the other party's Confidential Information.
Information may be disclosed where required by law.
14. Fees and payment
Fees, billing periods, active-user quantities and other commercial terms are specified in the applicable Order.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- prices exclude applicable VAT and other taxes;
- the Customer is responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes imposed on Twentto's income; and
- payment obligations are not cancelled because an Authorized User chooses not to use the service.
Pricing displayed on the website is informational until incorporated into an agreed Order.
Pilot credits, discounts and other special commercial arrangements apply only where included in the applicable agreement.
15. Service changes
Twentto may improve, modify or update the service over time.
Functionality may be added, changed or discontinued where reasonably necessary for:
- product development;
- security;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- changes in third-party services; or
- technical reasons.
Third-party integrations may change because of circumstances outside Twentto's control.
16. Availability and support
Twentto aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate service-level agreement has been expressly agreed.
Temporary interruptions may result from:
- maintenance;
- security work;
- infrastructure failure;
- third-party provider failure;
- emergency remediation; or
- circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Support arrangements may be specified separately in the applicable Customer agreement.
17. Suspension
Twentto may suspend all or part of a Customer's access where reasonably necessary because:
- the Customer materially breaches the agreement;
- undisputed fees remain overdue after reasonable notice;
- use of the service creates a material security risk;
- use appears unlawful;
- suspension is required by law; or
- continued access could materially harm Twentto, another customer or a third party.
Where reasonably possible, the Customer will be notified and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.
18. Term and termination
The term of a paid service is specified in the applicable Order.
Either party may terminate the agreement where the other party materially breaches it and does not remedy that breach within a reasonable period after written notice, where the breach can be remedied.
Additional termination and non-renewal rights may be included in an Order.
When the agreement ends:
- the Customer's right to use the service ends;
- relevant integrations may be disconnected;
- Customer Data will be handled according to the applicable agreement and Data Processing Agreement; and
- provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will continue to apply.
19. Warranties and disclaimers
Twentto will provide the service with reasonable professional care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twentto does not guarantee that:
- every recommendation will be correct;
- every relevant commercial action will be identified;
- use of Twentto will result in a sale or particular commercial outcome;
- connected-source data will be accurate or complete; or
- the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Customers remain responsible for commercial judgment and customer-facing actions taken using Twentto.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings or business opportunity.
Unless different liability terms are agreed in an Order, each party's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the Customer for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
They also do not remove the Customer's obligation to pay agreed fees.
21. Third-party claims
The Customer is responsible for third-party claims arising from Customer Data or Customer instructions where the claim results from the Customer not having the rights or authority required to provide that data or instruction.
Twentto remains responsible for its own obligations under the agreement and applicable law.
Any broader indemnification obligations must be expressly agreed in writing.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, disputes that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the competent courts of Finland.
23. Changes to these Terms
Twentto may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change.
For existing paying Customers, material changes affecting contractual rights will be communicated where appropriate.
The latest version of these Terms will show its most recent update date.
