Security at Twentto

Twentto holds your customer and pipeline information. Here is plainly how access, data boundaries and connections work today.

Your data stays yours
Accounts, opportunities, contacts, activities and recommendations belong to your organization and stay inside it.
People see what they are authorized to see
Access is decided by who someone is and what they are permitted to reach, not by hiding pages in the interface.
Admins manage access, not passwords
Your organization's admins invite people and remove access. They cannot read or set another person's password.
Connections you authorize
Twentto connects to your sales systems through the authorization your organization grants, and reads only what the product needs.
The public website is separate
This website has no access to customer data. Reaching Twentto requires signing in as a member of an organization.

This describes how Twentto works today. If you need specifics for a security review — data handling, access, hosting or sub-processors — ask us and we'll answer directly.
