HubSpot integration

Keep HubSpot. Let Twentto decide what deserves attention.

HubSpot is Twentto's first live CRM source. Connect it once and Twentto reads the commercial context around your accounts and deals to decide which actions genuinely deserve attention today.

HubSpot remains your CRM.

Twentto is not a CRM and is not trying to become one. Your pipeline, records, reporting and process stay in HubSpot, where your team already works.

Twentto sits above it as a decision layer: it reads the situation and answers a question your CRM was never designed to answer — of everything open right now, what deserves today?

What Twentto uses from HubSpot.

Companies
The accounts your team is responsible for, and how they are owned.
Contacts
The people involved, so a recommendation names someone rather than a record.
Deals
Open opportunities, their stage, value and movement over time.
Ownership
Who is accountable for what, which decides whose day an action belongs in.
Supported CRM activity
The commercial activity HubSpot exposes through the connection — the work already happening around a deal.

From CRM information to an action.

Most CRM intelligence stops at an observation. An observation still leaves the seller to work out what to do, with whom, and whether it is worth doing now.

Observation

This deal has had no activity for 21 days.

Action

Call Sarah today. She asked you to reconnect this week, there is no future meeting scheduled and the opportunity is still active.

Illustrative example, not a customer record.

A HubSpot task is not the same as commercial priority.

A task is a record of a past intention. It goes overdue on schedule regardless of what the buyer has said since.

If a customer asked to be contacted at the end of August, an overdue task from July should not push a seller to act early. Twentto weighs the task against the timing the buyer actually gave, and can decide the action does not deserve today.

More on this in why an overdue CRM task does not always mean follow up now.

Automatic synchronization

An administrator authorizes the connection once. After that, Twentto keeps its picture of your accounts, deals and supported activity current in the background.

Read-oriented by design

The integration is built to read commercial context, not to rewrite your CRM. Twentto does not make arbitrary changes to your HubSpot records.

Access stays scoped

Data stays inside your organization and people see only what they are authorized to see. More detail on security.

A complement, not a replacement.

HubSpot does a great deal that Twentto has no intention of doing. Twentto is useful in the specific gap between everything that is open and the handful of things worth doing today.

  • Teams that run HubSpot as their CRM and want the prioritization decision made above it.
  • Reps who still check several systems each morning before deciding where to start.
  • Teams where CRM tasks and guided actions are useful, but not treated as the definitive answer.
  • Teams where buyer timing and cross-context judgment are still applied manually, one deal at a time.

Questions

Does Twentto replace HubSpot?
No. HubSpot remains your CRM and your system of record. Twentto is a decision layer above it that decides which actions deserve attention today.
Does Twentto write back to HubSpot?
The current HubSpot integration is read-oriented. Twentto reads the commercial context it is permitted to read and does not make arbitrary changes to records in your CRM.
How does Twentto stay up to date?
Once the connection is authorized, synchronization runs automatically in the background. You do not need to trigger imports by hand.
Can Twentto see all HubSpot emails?
Visibility depends on what HubSpot exposes through the connection and what your organization has permitted. Twentto uses the supported commercial activity available to it and does not assume access to everything in a mailbox.
Who should consider this?
Teams that use HubSpot as their CRM and still spend the first part of the day deciding, across several systems, which work actually matters.
